store as up to date as possible but there may be times when what you're
after is out of stock. If that's the case then please send an

All prices on the bopdotz
website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are subject to
change without notice.
The making process
All items available for
purchase are handmade by me. Each piece is unique. Due to the handmade
process there are several elements that come into effect with the
finished product. Sizes can vary slightly which is why approximate sizes
are given in product descriptions but I endeavour to keep things as
consistent as possible. My focus is on producing quality, handmade

Do you live in Canberra? To pick
up your order with no shipping cost select
‘Pickup in Canberra’
as the shipping method. You'll be sent pickup details when your order is
ready for collection. (Note that pickup is only
available from the suburb of Holt in Canberra.)
For orders $80 and over
shipping is free within Australia. For orders under $80
shipping is $6 within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Items are generally sent via Sendle
courier service or Australia Post. If the delivery address is within
the ACT then items may be delivered personally. Your package is trackable and is usually delivered within
3-5 days depending on your

shipped in 2-3 business days. If this is not possible, eg an item is
not in stock and needs to be made to order, you will be notified via
email with an estimated dispatch date.
Once your order has been
sent you will be emailed a tracking number.
Whilst every care is
taken to pack items securely, no responsibility is taken for items
damaged or lost in transit.
Yes, I can ship
internationally but please contact me for international shipping rates
as prices will vary depending on your order and location.
Please ensure that the
delivery address you provide is correct. bopdotz takes no responsibility
for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you have provided.
If you purchased your
piece from one of my stockists, please speak directly with them
regarding their exchange and returns policies.
If you purchased an item
from my website and find it's not what you wanted
I am happy to offer a refund or exchange subject to the conditions
below. Goods must be in
original condition, unworn and in original packaging.
If you receive an item
in a damaged state and it was a fault from me a replacement or
refund will be offered. Please note that photographs of the damaged
item may be required.
If replacement/exchange is not
possible due to the one-off nature of an item or unavailability of
stock then a refund will be given instead.
To arrange a refund or exchange you
must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a
receipt number for the purchase.
Please contact me before
returning an item for refund or exchange.
You as the buyer are responsible for
all return shipping costs although
postage or transportation costs will be reimbursed if the product is
confirmed to be faulty. Receipts of postage will be required.
Shipping costs are
All sale items are final
and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive in a damaged

Payments to my online store
Payments made direct to me
using debit and credit cards use the Square payment system. Square’s
When you purchase something
from me online, as part of the buying and selling process, personal
information you give such as your name, address and email address is
collected and made available to me. Information made available to me
will not be passed on by me to any other person or organisation unless I
am required by law to do so.
Similarly, when you purchase
something from me in person and payment is recorded/receipted using my
Square payment system, Square collects information about you, including
your email address or mobile phone number if you opt to receive a
receipt via email or text message.
When you provide personal
information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a
delivery or return a purchase, it is implied that you consent to that
information being collected and used for that specific reason only.
If you are asked for
personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, you will
either be asked directly for your expressed consent or provided with an
opportunity to say no.
If, after opting-in, you
change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you,
for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at
any time, by contacting me at
